Be my Own Boss?

 If you were your own Boss, would you expect a lot from your employees? I mean, think about it. If you controlled your own destiny, would you (the Boss) sit back and say - take the day off, you deserve it! Well, of course you do deserve it, but people who run their own companies expect a lot from their employees and they should! When you run your own company - you have to be just as tough on yourself - you have to expect results! I'm not the best boss of me. I need to work harder.
