Hooked on You - The story of a Yarn addict

It's true - I'm addicted to yarn. I constantly browse e-bay and on-line stores for the best, most unique novelty yarn. I have a huge collection. Well, actually - I'm downsizing.

In 2006 my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer and he had an entire lung removed. Now, luckily the cancer has not come back - but with one lung - pneumonia is deadly. He's been hospitalized twice with it and he's unable to work anymore. So, I'm selling off the yarn.

I made a chart of all the yarn I have - even I couldn't believe it. Over 217 skeins/hanks/balls - whatever you want to call them. I have them from Italy, Turkey, Germany, England - it's like a little travelogue of places I'll never go! Too funny. I hadn't thought of it like that.

If you have any knitting/crochet questions - or need a good pattern, drop me a line. I'm great with advice. I've done my fair share of producing beautiful garments with my special yarn, so I might be able to help. I've also done a lot of local shows and sold my stuff. I might do it again this year but when my husband got sick - I lost the joy.
